Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Critical Access RN with experience in ER, Med-Surg, and OB to join our team at Integrated Resources. As a Critical Access RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in ER, Med-Surg, and OB units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Montana or compact state
- 2+ years of experience in ER, Med-Surg, and OB
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
