Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on Oncology to join our healthcare team in Everett, Washington.
This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to cancer patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient responses to treatment, managing side effects and complications.
- Educate patients and their families about cancer diagnosis, treatment plans, and supportive care options.
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to developing individualized care plans.
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences in all aspects of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records, including treatment administration, patient assessments, and clinical notes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- 1 year of experience in oncology nursing is preferred.
- Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and other oncology treatments.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
