The Master Esthetician will be responsible for performing various skincare services, including facials, body waxing, and eyelash and eyebrow tinting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

• Perform skincare services, such as wraps and facials, to provide clients with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
• Welcome clients and explain the list of services and products offered to ensure they receive the best possible care.
• Conduct body waxing services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Train new hires on the company's services and products to ensure every employee upholds the quality levels expected.
• Attend continuing education programs and regular staff meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest methods and technologies.
• Sell additional products and services in a simple but professional manner to enable clients to maintain their skincare routine at home.
• Explain how the service will affect the client's skin and offer advice on which service is best for them.
• Knowledge of eyelash and eyebrow tinting is a must.
• Sanitize equipment and treatment areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

• Fluent and proficient in Master Esthetics work.
• Ability to engage in upselling products or additional services to enhance the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Must hold a license from the Virginia State Board of Cosmetology.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations.

• Be mobile in all Spa areas.
• Work in areas that may be unusually dimly lit or brightly illuminated or on slippery surfaces.
• May encounter solvents/oils, fumes/odors, and dirt/dust.
• Use of electrical devices and computer equipment.
• Constant contact with staff, guests/visitors.
• Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
• Must be able to handle a heavy business volume and sensitive situations in a timely manner.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
