Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Home/Office Cleaner. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable and established company that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean homes and offices to the highest standards, ensuring a 5-star experience for our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage your schedule and travel to appointments safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are always in good working order.
  • Wash microfiber cloths at home and have them ready for use when scheduled.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong focus on reliability and punctuality.
  • At least 1 year of experience in home or office cleaning, or willingness to train the right candidate.
  • Pass a thorough background check and provide professional references.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including light lifting and prolonged standing.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Benefits:

  • Part-time start with opportunities for full-time employment and benefits.
  • Monday to Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.
  • No federal holidays, with occasional paid holidays for full-time employees.
  • Comprehensive training program (2-4 weeks).
  • Competitive pay starting at $13/hr. during training, increasing to $16/hr. after training, and $18/hr. for full-time status.
  • Weekly car gas allowances, laundry/wash allowances, and car maintenance allowances.
  • Paid holidays and vacation time for full-time employees.
  • One fully paid day off on Wednesdays once a month for full-time employees.
  • Year-end bonus based on performance.
  • All necessary supplies provided.
