Caregiver for the Elderly

Popular Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Long Term Care Nurse to care for our elderly patients. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and make a significant impact in the lives of others.

• Estimated Salary: $45-47 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Evening Shifts (1:30pm to 10pm) with EOW rotation
• 6-week contract

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a team, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals during medical rounds
• Offer support and guidance to colleagues as needed
• Foster a positive and caring environment for patients

Requirements:

• Nursing license in good standing in Michigan
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care
• Covid vaccination required
• Background check and drug screening clearance
