Job SummaryPNC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Banker. As a key member of our Retail organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships through a variety of sales and service activities.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Proactive Sales Conversations
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions using a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Customer Loyalty and Growth
- Create customer loyalty and grow customers' share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
- Risk Management
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Demonstrate a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
