About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Ascension Living. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting our residents in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Administer Medications - You will be responsible for administering prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN).
- Take Vital Signs - You will take vital signs or observe patients to detect response to medication, and report reactions.
- Restock Medications - You will restock medication inventories and ensure that medications are readily available for patients.
- Provide Direct Patient Care - You will provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities and ensuring resident safety.
