Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a COTA, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation and care of patients with various physical, mental, or emotional conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute therapeutic plans designed to help patients, under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment, guide them through exercises, and engage them in activities crucial to their recovery and improvement.
- Contribute to the planning and selection of therapeutic activities tailored to individual needs and interests.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations to the occupational therapist and adjusting therapy interventions accordingly.
- Provide education to patients and their families about the therapy process, adaptive equipment, and home modifications.
Qualifications
- Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.

- Flexible scheduling, including Sunday to Thursday or Saturday to Wednesday.
