Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing store performance to ensure it meets or exceeds customer service standards, sales plans, and operating procedures.
  • Develop strong partnerships with the leadership team and corporate support to drive business growth.
  • Interview and hire associates to build a high-performing team.
  • Execute retention tools to promote tenure and drive revenue growth.
  • Review store KPIs, P&Ls, and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop employees for promotions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and inform customers of vehicle inspection findings and make service recommendations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales, retention, and customer service.
  • Strong commitment to customer and associate satisfaction.
  • Business acumen and ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
