We are seeking a skilled ER Nurse to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Waco, TX. As a Full-Time ER RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with doctors and staff to develop treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient care needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with doctors and staff to diagnose and manage patient care
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize patient needs
- Use problem-solving strategies and available resources to address patient, family, and staff needs
- Delegate tasks and care to appropriate staff and ensure timely follow-up
- Facilitate learning for patients, families, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members
- Preserve patient confidentiality, autonomy, dignity, and rights
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- 1+ year(s) of ER RN experience required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Unencumbered Texas or Compact RN license required
- Nicotine-free
- BLS required
