Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
  • Assist in generating new clientele through proactive customer interactions and relationship-building.
  • Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers, fostering a culture of excellent client relationships.
  • Deliver an elevated client experience by embodying brand values, engaging customers, and sharing the stories of Reformation, with a focus on sustainability education.
  • Maintain exceptional customer experience feedback and scoring through NPS.
  • Understand the importance of consistent inventory accuracy and controls in-store.
  • Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business.
  • Uphold time and attendance policy.
  • Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times.
  • Share product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm and communicate customer feedback to improve product and merchandising.
  • Help maintain an inspiring store environment and accessible product displays.
  • Understand and reflect the core values and culture of Reformation in all efforts.
  • Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in sales or retail, or in an operationally intensive business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Driven approach to take on new challenges with self-motivation for work and career.
  • Part-time, hourly position requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week and 3 days per week, including weekends.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • References required.
