Overview:
Under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care to patients within the designated unit or department. Your role will involve planning, implementing, and assessing comprehensive nursing care in alignment with the established patient care philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized, goal-oriented nursing care utilizing the nursing process and primary nursing principles in accordance with hospital and departmental policies.
- Ensure effective communication with other shifts to maintain continuity of care.
- Foster positive relationships with various departments and nursing units.
- Engage in all educational phases to enhance nursing practices.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education:

Required Skills:

Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- ACLS within one year of employment
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within one year of employment
- NRP within one year of employment
Licenses:
- Valid licensure in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse (RN) or multi-state/compact RN license.
