Bus Server

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a skilled Bus Person to join our team. As a Bus Person, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of outstanding.

• Set dining tables with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
• Clear tables efficiently, removing soiled dishes, silverware, and glassware to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor and maintain food temperatures during hot and cold handling to prevent foodborne illness.
• Perform side work during downtime to assist other staff members, including rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, and cleaning work areas and restrooms.

• Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service, taught through in-house training.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.

As a Bus Person at Perkins, you will work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of mobility and flexibility. You must be able to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 20 pounds for distances up to 30 feet. You will also be exposed to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors.
