Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those with direct experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. We want clinicians who prioritize patient care over volume and take the time needed to address patients' needs.

Qualifications
  • Licensed as a NP in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group is located
  • Federal DEA license/eligibility
  • Geriatric training/experience preferred
  • Active CPR/BLS certification
Compensation
