Position Summary

We are in search of an Associate, Supply Planner who will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to assess product demand and execute supply planning tasks to guarantee a steady flow of products in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain optimal stock levels for designated products.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure all requirements are fulfilled for product packaging at co-packer locations.
  • Analyze demand trends on a weekly and monthly basis using order and forecast data, and adjust packing plans as necessary.
  • Oversee co-packer operations to ensure timely preparation, review, and release of finished goods documentation.
  • Work with third-party logistics (3PL) and co-packers to ensure prompt delivery of finished goods.
  • Review monthly supply discrepancies and provide commitments for accurate Lead Time Estimations (LE).
  • Ensure timely availability of finished goods at 3PL facilities for order processing, address variances between UPS and internal systems for OTC products, and conduct monthly reconciliations for multiple co-packers.
  • Prepare various reports, including Back-order shells, bulk report shells, Bulk In-transit reports, New product tracker, and other reports required by OTC Supply Planning.
  • Manage Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and material consumption for all US External Manufactured products and OTC products (Bulk & Component Receipts).
  • Create batches for US external manufacturing products.
  • Generate Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) and coordinate with 3PLs for material availability, resolving any technical issues.
  • Execute Emerson Warehouse transactions manually due to the lack of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) connectivity.
  • Set up product information for new products and maintain data across various systems within Dr. Reddy's and UPS.
Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field (Supply Chain preferred)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role

Skills & Attributes:

  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit agility and effective time management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
