About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing individual and group recreation programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. You will also assist with coordinating special events, outings, and activities that promote socialization and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized recreation programs for residents
  • Coordinating special events, outings, and activities that promote socialization and engagement
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and their families
">

Requirements and Qualifications:

">

To excel in this role, you will need:

">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Activity Certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year working with senior populations is preferred, but previous experiences will be considered.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) in English, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to speak effectively to groups of residents, associates, or outside professionals.
  • Basic typing skills, along with basic knowledge of computer Microsoft Software (i.e., Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Able to drive residents to outside activities in the Primrose Van.
  • Enjoys working with and building rapport with seniors.

Compensation:

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include PTO, various coverage levels for Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Plans, 401k Retirement plans plus a generous company match, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Company-paid Life Insurance.
