Project Manager Drywall Installation

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Drywall Project Manager to lead our construction projects in India.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and procurement strategies.
You will coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Evaluating and selecting contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritizing a safe working environment for all involved.
- Managing construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
The salary for this position is approximately ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
