Responsibilities of Freight Flow

  • Oversee the overall logistics processes within the store that support company initiatives and productivity objectives.
  • Utilize all available company tools and training resources to ensure the team adheres to logistics processes, visual execution standards, and stocking routines.
  • Manage the visual publication calendar and delivery schedule to plan and execute all logistics tasks; collaborate with the Assistant Manager of Operations or Assistant Store Manager to schedule workload effectively.
  • Maintain and organize stockroom standards that support efficiency and safety protocols.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong leadership capabilities including: Excellent customer service skills, a keen sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, innovative problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills that align with strategic goals, effective delegation and validation, and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a dynamic specialty retail environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
  • Minimum Age Requirement: 21 years.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
