About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with regulatory boards, including JCAHO and CMS Core Measures.
  • Conduct data abstraction, audits, and data verification to prepare reports.

  • Develop and maintain quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • BSN Degree or enrolled in a BSN program.
  • Active RN License required.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1 year in Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Patient Safety, or Compliance.
  • Certified Patient Safety Specialist (CPHQ) is a plus.
