We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in our Long Term Acute Care unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience in a critical care setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
