Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our team at Ascension Seton Lockhart Health Center.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide medical services to patients and become a valued member of the medical community.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
  • Coordinate discharge planning with case management.
  • Recommend, participate in, and work to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients.
  • Accept patient referrals from other physicians and act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician for patients who require hospitalization for primary medical diagnoses.
Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s): Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board.

Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
