Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist the Athletic Department with various duties related to athletic event management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of game days, including ticket sales, scoreboard operation, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with ticket sales and distribution
Operate scoreboard and other game-day equipment
Provide support to the Athletic Department with event planning and execution
Maintain accurate records and reports as needed

Requirements:

Act 168 Employment History Review/Questionnaire required
Must possess current Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 FBI clearances

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. The successful candidate will be expected to work a variable schedule, including game days and other events as needed.
