Hiring RN Supervisors to lead our team at Horsham Center for Jewish Life. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee and support direct care staff, collaborate with DON and Unit Managers, and provide direct patient care when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and resource provision to direct care staff
  • Support to DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities
  • Direct patient care when necessary or assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Embracing person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
