Responsibilities:

1. Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests, ensuring a positive experience from the start.
2. Prepare products for sale by frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, and pricing, maintaining the highest standards of quality and freshness.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area, and sales area.
4. Communicate guest requests to management, ensuring seamless service delivery.
5. Stay on top of temperature breakdowns, reporting any issues to your supervisor.
6. Keep the supply area tidy and clean at all times, ensuring a smooth workflow.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
8. Ensure the front porch area is maintained to the highest standard, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
9. Announce specials and sale information on the PA system, keeping our guests informed.
10. Assist in product receiving and storage, ensuring accurate inventory management.

Qualifications:

1. Possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to work well with others, maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
3. Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
4. Ability to read and understand information and direction, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth.
6. Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid ID.
7. Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
