Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Dual Studio Manager to join our team at Shutterfly. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading the operation and staff of two portrait studios. You will work closely with team members to provide exceptional customer service, manage performance, and develop the skills of your colleagues.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and sales, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, although a college degree is preferred. Previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and lead the operation and staff of two portrait studios
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  3. Mentor and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
