About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with other salon managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business results

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team of stylists
