Dedicated Diesel Technician with Fleet Expertise Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a Technician II, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining and repairing diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems
- Conducting routine inspections and diagnostic tests to identify potential issues
- Performing repairs and replacements as needed to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy
- 3+ years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification preferred
- ASE Certification and 608/609 certifications preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to:
- Moving frequently, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods
- Using hands on a routine and daily basis to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and/or otherwise operate required tools or controls
- Working safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms
- Safely working in all weather conditions
- Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs/45kg
