Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Advocate to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families, utilizing a strength-based approach and the wrap-around model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide support and guidance to participants and their families to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and community resources to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to advocacy.
Requirements
  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with the target population is also preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance coverage are required.
