Sunrise Senior Living seeks a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Director to champion quality of life for our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic leadership for resident care, collaborating with departments to coordinate services that promote residents' well-being.
Responsibilities- Direct management of the nursing team and medication care managers to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet residents' unique needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and services.
- Provide clinical training and education to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Track and analyze clinical quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- 2+ years of experience as an RN, with at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.
- 1+ years of nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations supervision.
- Experience in tracking, trending, and analyzing clinical performance data is preferred.
