**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

**Responsibilities:**

* Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, including the dishroom, kitchen, and dining areas
* Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
* Safely and correctly operate the dishwasher and other equipment
* Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas
* Work as one kitchen team, supporting the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
* Focus on your team and guests - every decision made should always have the guest and team in mind
* Follow all cleanliness and safety protocols

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
