Speech Therapist

Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Faribault, Minnesota. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of on-site work per week.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
• Provide speech and language therapy to students with various communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and professional development activities as required.

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
• Current certification of clinical competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Minnesota state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
