Job Summary

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team as a Travel CT Technologist in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Computerized Tomography and Radiologic equipment to produce high-quality Diagnostic C.T. Scans and diagnostic radiographs.
  • Ensure all aspects of patients' records are processed properly to initiate procedure results in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate images with Radiologists, take additional images as needed or requested.
  • Assist with procedures of an invasive nature.
  • Perform other assigned duties as training and skills allow.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of CT tech experience is required.
  • ARRT & BLS (AHA) Certified.
  • Ability to obtain CT registry within one year of hire.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to calibrate and operate equipment, properly position patients, apply and adjust restraining devices, and administer intravenous injections of contrast.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with patients, physicians, and other hospital employees.
  • Ability to lift and position patients.
  • Successful completion of training to perform other radiology procedures.
  • Ability to utilize computer system and file system to facilitate patient records.
  • Ability to initiate CPR and hold current CPR certification.
