Salary Information
A competitive salary of $42.00 per hour is offered, plus shift differentials where applicable.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting nursing assessments, ensuring home safety, and coordinating with caregivers. They will also be involved in planning, implementing, and evaluating care provided, as well as participating in client care conferences as needed.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a graduate degree from a state-approved school of professional registered nursing. A BSN is preferred, and current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state(s) of practice is required. Additionally, a minimum of two years of nursing experience, including one year in home care or a closely related field, is necessary. One year of supervisory and/or case management experience is preferred, as is current CPR certification.
