About the Role:The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for consulting and administering aesthetic treatments to patients, working closely with our dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with patients to identify their aesthetic needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, CoolSculpting, microneedling, and injections
- Use clinical knowledge of aesthetics, cosmetic fillers, and neurotoxins to build patient followings
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, CoolSculpting, microneedling, and injections
- Recommend treatments and skin regimens based on patient consultations
- Educate patients on treatment processes, pre and post-treatment care guidelines, and product usage
- Maintain accurate and detailed charting and clinical documentation
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances quality of service and care offered to patients
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels and notifying management when inventory is low
- Ensure patient safety at all times when performing treatments
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse License
- At least 2 years of aesthetics experience (preferred)
- Proven sales experience
- Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software programs (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
- Maintain yearly Continued Education and stay current on product lines and services
