Toddler Educator

We are seeking a qualified Toddler Teacher to join our team at Building Blocks Learning Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young students, a patient demeanor, and a strong understanding of early childhood development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a creative and engaging curriculum for toddler students
- Use a variety of educational techniques, such as storytelling and educational play, to teach students basic skills
- Observe each student to assess their progress and identify areas for improvement
- Encourage social interaction and conflict resolution among students
- Foster the development of artistic and practical skills through hands-on activities
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience working with students
- Educational background such as CDA, AAS, BA, or BS in Early Childhood Education or relevant field Required
- Strong understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mediate conflicts and handle challenging behaviors
- Friendly, patient, and reliable demeanor
