OVERVIEW:
The Associate Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting research, planning, and assessing the efficiency of processes, systems, and methodologies through thorough data analysis. This role involves utilizing professional expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve financial issues while interpreting company policies. The position plays a key role in the financial reporting for ESR Healthcare.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-office attendance on designated days, while allowing remote work on other days unless specific business needs dictate otherwise. Please note that work schedules and office attendance requirements may evolve based on organizational needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation closing processes.
2. Provide support to financial reporting teams across subsidiaries.
3. Aid in the maintenance of Hyperion consolidation software.
4. Coordinate the preparation and completion of Employee Savings Plan audits.
5. Assist in the preparation of SOX documentation.
6. Complete various governmental surveys.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required, along with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Preference will be given to candidates who are pursuing CPA certification or hold a CPA license.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
