Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely and safe arrival of students at school.
  • Collaborate with school administrators to address student transportation needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with state and district transportation policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise school bus drivers and monitors to ensure a high level of service.
  • Monitor fleet maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Resolve transportation-related issues in a timely manner, communicating effectively with parents and community stakeholders.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and community stakeholders through regular communication and transparency.
  • Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation to ensure compliance and accountability.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for transportation services to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
