Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide integrated care and address patients' complex needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in primary care, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new clinical programs and services.
- Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine.
- Current medical professional license in the State of Washington.
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
