About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at the Neurodiagnostic Institute and Advanced Treatment Center. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Provide case management services, including gathering information and establishing treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic techniques and monitor patient progress
  • Complete release of information forms and prepare discharge plans
  • Consult with social service agencies and institutions to provide needed services
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Counseling and Guidance, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or a related area
  • Two (2) years of full-time experience in a psychiatric, group, medical, children, or family setting
  • Completion of necessary continuing certifications and/or licensure requirements, such as Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of social work and recovery
  • Specialized knowledge of case management, assessment, and continuum of care
