About the Role:
Effingham Health System is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead our nursing services team. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing RN clinical services for residents. The successful candidate will implement care as necessary, in accordance with guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Team Lead - Nursing Services, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Administering medication, operating medical equipment, and monitoring patient status.
  2. Assisting in emergencies, including assessing the resident and documentation.
  3. Assisting with staff orientation.
  4. Answering telephone and call lights.
  5. Reporting equipment malfunctions and supply shortages.
  6. Assisting with scheduling and continuing education.
  7. Ensuring timely resident care and monitoring mealtimes.
  8. Leaving a written report on problems or interactions.
  9. Maintaining Registered Nurse competency and assisting on the floor.
  10. Keeeping staff updated on new initiatives and monitoring their performance.
  11. Completing other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum level of education as a High school completion and Registered Nurse Training. They should also possess management skills with experience in planning, organizing, and facilitating. Additionally, they must have an Unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support CPR certification. One to two years related experience is preferred.

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
