Member Cart Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cart Attendant to join our team at Walmart. As a Cart Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot, restocking carts, and ensuring that the area is free of debris and obstacles.
- Assist with various tasks as needed, such as helping members with their purchases, answering questions, and providing information about products and services.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for members.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
