**Job Summary:**

Boscov's Department Store, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping Associate to join our retail operations team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our store, providing an exceptional customer experience, and upholding our company values.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the selling floor, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning high-touch areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operating commercial-grade equipment to maintain carpets and tile floors.
  • Sweeping, collecting trash, and recycling materials.
  • Picking up trash from registers and offices.
  • Dust mopping and wet mopping floors and vacuuming rugs.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restroom supplies, emptying trash cans in restrooms.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 1-2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
  • Resourceful self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

**Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:**

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Sit, stand, and walk for required periods of time.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers to handle objects and operate tools and/or controls.
