Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their health, welfare, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including serving meals, feeding, and providing fresh water and nourishment.
  • Provide personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining resident dignity and comfort.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning residents to prevent falls and injuries.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output information to ensure resident stability.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Document actions and observations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Protect resident confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and related laws.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly sit, stand, bend, and walk.
  • Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Visual and auditory ability sufficient for written and verbal communication.
