Job Title: Superintendent

GR Birdwell Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of project work, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate project work, including staffing, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Supervise and train direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure maximum return on investment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
