Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Safety Professional to join our team at Worldwide Recruitment Services - EOC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tour and Inspect Job Sites: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
  • Document Safety Inspections: Maintain accurate records of site inspections, including documentation of safety concerns and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Collaborate with the safety management team to develop and implement effective safety programs and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and coaching to employees on safety procedures and protocols, and provide guidance and support to less-experienced safety personnel.
  • Investigate Accidents and Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ Years of Experience: In a construction safety environment, including training and experience in safety management systems.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, or Environmental Applied Sciences, or equivalent experience. CHST or ASP certification preferred.
  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex safety issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to access OSHA information via the internet.
