**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead HVAC Installation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation crew, overseeing project execution, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our office.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and lead a team of HVAC installation technicians
  • Oversee the installation of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
  • Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Communicate project updates and timelines to customers and the office
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and management
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and air conditioning systems
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
