Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodian Head Elementary- Zach Elementary to join our team at Poudre School District. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our elementary school facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of school facilities.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of the school community.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with school administrators and staff to identify and address maintenance and repair needs.
  • Manage and maintain custodial supplies and equipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in custodial services, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
