Job Title: Diesel Mechanic Position

We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to perform routine maintenance tasks, diagnose, and repair diesel engines and other fleet truck parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with diesel engines and fleet truck repair.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with diesel engines.
  • Repair or replace defective parts, such as fuel systems, brakes, and transmissions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure proper performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification from a diesel mechanic program is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a diesel mechanic.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and their components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to travel to other branches, if needed.
