  • Vehicle Inspection and Preparation
    • Conducting a thorough walk-around inspection of the vehicle with an iPad
    • Identifying and documenting any vehicle damage or issues
    • Ensuring the vehicle is properly prepared for service
  • Service Tag and Key Management
    • Placing a service tag inside the vehicle and tagging the vehicle key
    • Ensuring the vehicle key is securely stored in the cup holder
  • Guest Communication and Support
    • Communicating with guests to ensure their needs are met
    • Providing assistance and support as needed
  • Team Collaboration and Problem-Solving
    • Working collaboratively with other team members to resolve any issues or concerns
    • Utilizing problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise
