Job Summary:

The Dishwasher/Dietary Assistant Utility provides support in the service and sanitation of the hospital's cafeteria, patient services, and special functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dishwashing, pot washing, general cleaning, and equipment cleaning.
  • Responsible for the storage and rotation of food supplies.
  • Provide indirect patient care through cafeteria service.
  • Interact with coworkers and customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • One year of relevant food or customer service experience preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred.

Work Environment:

Rotating shift, part-time (20 hours per week), with weekend work required.
